The most fun I have had in the Wine Trade was developing this California label, and now owning the Trade Mark, and the Bonded Winery Permit. We buy 50% of our needs in grapes, and blend to achieve the the results that we are looking for. Interesting Chardonnay and Cabernet with somewhat of a French influence, burgundian style Chardonnay, and Bordeaux style Red. New for 2010 is a Pinot Noir sourced from Oregon. I chose Oregon because of the economics and our commitment to producing value wines that sell for less that $20. This is a feminine style of Pinot, similar to that of the Cote de Beaune. You will find very pleasing bright cherry and strawberry fruit along with the hints of spice and leather that only Pinot Noir can render.
