Le Grand Cheneau – Mâcon is now Macon-Prisse! With the grapes coming from a specific town and with a newly designed artist label, HB Wine Merchants is also the exclusive importer of this already popular Macon label, called Le Grand Cheneau. This wine, like the Trois Pecheurs St. Veran, is also sourced from Prissé in Southern Burgundy. Each vintage, a selection of un-oaked and very crisp aromatic wines are blended from the surrounding villages of Prisse. This wine is presented as a well balanced, Chardonnay for use by the restaurateur by the glass, or for a great retail alternative to advertised brands. Once annualizing 50,000 cases, the quality of Le Grand Cheneau is high, and we work hard at that.
